  I have had the pleasure of working with Stuart Allsopp at Conrad for the past 9 months on all of Croudace’s head office and construction-related recruitment.  Conrad are one of our few Tier 1 preferred suppliers for the recruitment of head office, site and other construction staff.  Whilst I have only worked with Conrad on these roles, they have also supported other areas of the business on engineering roles.  Whilst I have been working with Conrad for 9 months, since I joined Croudace, the HR team and Technical Directors have been partnering with them for a number of years.

  I've been on the hunt for a new role for a little under three months now and in that time I've talked to and worked with more recruiters than I can count. I've lost track of the number of times I've been messed around, delayed, given excuses and even had recruiters go completely silent on me without explanation and after some initially very promising discussions.
