Although Conrad Connect has only been recognised as an independent division since October 2018, we have been providing services consistently to select Conrad Consulting clients since July 2017, and earlier.

Conrad’s founder, Graham Ventham, started his career in recruitment in 1995. He was drawn to the challenges and opportunities of the Civil & Structural sector but, as his expertise grew, he realised he could serve his clients better by starting a bespoke company implementing his own high standards and working practices.
Graham made a courageous decision to branch out alone, and Conrad Consulting was born. The company quickly gained a first-rate reputation with clients and candidates alike, largely owing to its founder’s commitment and sheer hard work.
Throughout the ensuing years of expansion, Graham has remained fully active as Director of the company, instilling his co-workers with his infectious enthusiasm. Every consultant has specialist knowledge gleaned from years of experience in their designated field but all work together to provide the best recruitment service possible.
The key to our success over the years has been in offering a highly personalised service. We aim to build relationships with clients and candidates that enable us to understand their requirements in detail, because to recruit effectively you have to treat each case individually. Although Conrad has grown, we have retained our 'small and friendly' ethos so that we can continue to do this.
